Seviora Capital Pte. Ltd. (“SCPL”) (ARBN 683 854 579) is registered as a foreign company in Australia and is authorised to provide certain financial services to wholesale clients in Australia under the terms of ASIC Instrument 25-0101 (the “Services”).
SCPL is exempt from the requirement to hold an Australian financial services licence under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) in respect of the Services and is authorised and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore in Singapore under Singaporean laws, which differ from Australian laws.
